Prices and Invoicing
All prices include VAT. As an online seller, our sales system is not required to issue an invoice, receipt, or fiscal document to private individuals (non-VAT holders), in accordance with Art. 22 of Presidential Decree of 26/10/1972 No. 633 and Article 2, letter oo) of Presidential Decree of 21 December 1996, No. 696 (as confirmed by Resolution No. 274/E of 5 November 2009). For warranty and support purposes, you can keep the purchase receipt, which is available for download in .PDF format from your account area.
WE DO NOT ISSUE ELECTRONIC INVOICES TO PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS. To prove your purchase, request a printed copy of your order receipt, which will be included with the shipment.

Delivery and Shipping
Shipments are made with selected, traceable, and secure couriers.
Orders are usually delivered within 24 to 72 business hours after processing.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly shown before confirming your order.
We recommend that you always check the integrity of the package upon delivery. If there is visible damage, accept the package with reservation and contact us immediately.
Warranty
All products sold are covered by the Legal Warranty of Conformity, as provided by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and EU Directive 1999/44/EC.
The warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of receipt of the product and covers defects of conformity with the contract. In case of defects, you may request:
- product replacement,
- full refund,
- or repair (when applicable).
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any delivery delays due to the courier or force majeure events (e.g., strikes, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, etc.).
We are not liable for improper or non-compliant use of the purchased products.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes, we encourage you to contact us in order to find an amicable solution.
If the dispute cannot be resolved out of court, the competent jurisdiction is that of the consumer’s place of residence.
